Acorn by Synergie is hiring Production Operatives for a temp-to-perm position at a leading manufacturing company in Rawtenstall. Experience a friendly, modern working environment with real opportunities for career progression.

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

Starting Rate: National Living Wage, increasing after training and probation
Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week)
Post-Training Hours: Alternating double day shift pattern (35.5 hours/week)


Shift 1: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2pm, Friday, 6am to 12 noon
Shift 2: Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm, Friday, 12pm to 6pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product assembly
  • Use of hand power tools
  • Product packing
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • Team collaboration
  • Quality checking
  • Machine operation


Candidate Requirements:

  • Good manual handling skills and physical fitness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous production and packing experience
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail

Previous experience in joinery or cabinet making is a distinct advantage.
