Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production line with exceptional attention to detail to create medical products.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Confidently complete necessary paperwork.
• Receive full training and induction, working within a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but transferable skills from other sectors are welcome.
• Proficiency in Maths and English, ideally at level two or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods and collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a common-sense approach, and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• Immediate start available, but we accommodate notice periods if required.
• A variety of shifts are available as follows:
  • Day Shift 08:00 - 16:30
  • Rotating Shift 0600 - 1400/ 1400 - 2200
  • Continental Day Shift - 0600 - 1800 on a 4 on 4 off basis
  • Continental Night Shift - 1800 - 0600 on a 4 on 4 off basis
• Competitive pay rates up to £17.25 (Inclusive of shift allowance) and great overtime rates available
