Production Operative

We are recruiting for Production Operatives in the Sheffield area. Our client is an international market leading food manufacturer.

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Pay rate: £11.40 to £15.93 depending on training completion and shifts

Location: Livesey Street, Sheffield

Working days: Monday - Sunday

Shifts: 12 hour shifts (05:50-17:50 & 17:50-05:50)

*Should be flexible to work any 3 days as per the requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the packing of all food products (sweets)
• Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
• Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety
• Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Any experience working in food manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
• Previous production operative experience is preferred but not essential
