Job Advert: Production Operative

Location: Flint

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is currently seeking a Production Operative to join their team in Flint. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the production of composites
  • Follow safety protocols and wear safety boots throughout the shift
  • Ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the tin room
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 6pm
  • Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Effective communication skills
  • Comfortable working in pigments and dyes
