Production Operative

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client, a leading automotive manufacturing company based in Ellesmere Port. They are looking for multiple experienced Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join their team on an ongoing basis. As an essential part of operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production runs smoothly.

Basic pay of £14.28 per hour, with added shift allowance on top.

Hours: must be flexible across different shift 0700 - 1500 , 1500 - 2250, 2250 - 0700

Location: Ellesmere Port

Key Duties

• Working on a fast paced production line
• Assembling various parts on to vehicles
• Checking part quality prior to shipping
• moving of press products to rails,lifting.

To be considered for this role, you must have a

• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, Automotive desirable.
• Ability to work a 3-week rotating shift pattern of Days / Afternoons and Nights as our production runs 24/7
• Transport to be able to get to and from site as no public transport will accommodate the shift pattern or location
• Valid Counterbalance License

In addition to this, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work well as part of a team and independently. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also key attributes we are looking for in a candidate.
