Temp to Perm Opportunity
Monday to Friday 39 hours per week 
Immediate start following onsite tour and informal chat.

Production operative will be responsible for setting up machinery, processes or equipment to enable the safe manufacture of optics throughout the production process.
To follow written procedures to ensure the best methods and equipment are used at any given time. 
Take responsibility of department/cell quality, output, safety and improvement targets.
Clean production equipment and work areas
Inspect and clean optics to required specification
Follow the process for non-conforming parts
Ensure documentation is completed

Free on-site parking, tea and coffee, vending machines. Staff are valued and looked after with secure weekly hours.

Requirements: Eligible to work in the UK, good communication skills, basic numeracy, team player, fast-paced worker. Must have own safety boots.
