Job Description
Production Operative (Automotive)
Location: Dagenham, East London
Salary: From £13.27 Per Hour + Back Shift Allowance
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Key Activities as a Production Operative
Produce, assemble, and install parts according to SOPs.
Operate machinery as per the production schedule, including impact drivers, torque wrenches, and vehicle ramps.
Maintain high standards of quality from production to customer delivery.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and wear appropriate safety protection.
Identify and address potential issues, working proactively with your team to prevent recurrence.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including SOPs.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
Positive and proactive "can do" attitude.
Good oral and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
Production environment experience.
Experience using air-fed tools and hand tools (torque wrench, sanders, etc.).

Additional Information:
Fixed day shift working pattern, subject to change based on business needs.
No people management responsibilities within this role.
