Hales Group are urgently seeking Production Operative working Night Shifts to join for our client based close to Fakenham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a varied role where you can get your hands dirty and be part of a small friendly team where everyone can get stuck in to get the job done. You will contribute to the growth of the business by ensuring that the site performs at its best allowing production targets to be met.
  
The role of Production Operative will include;
  • Machine minding and operating
  • Manual handling, bagging feed manually and stacking for dispatch
  • Ensuring feed safety is a priority during production.
  • General cleaning and maintenance 
  • Wider support for overall mill growth supporting with projects or ad hoc work as part of the wider team
  
To be considered for the role of Production Operative you will need;
  • Experience within manufacturing
  • Able to complete manual work
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards within food processing
  • Support with production and maintenance
  • Must have own transport due to the location of the site

HOURS: Monday to Thursday NIGHT SHIFT 6pm-6am, with optional OT thereafter paid at 1.5 of base rate.
PAY: £14.40 per hour
LOCATION: Walsingham
DURATION: 12 weeks minimum
