Role: Production Operative

Location: Sandwich

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour

Contract: Temporary to permanent position

Hours: Monday to Friday, initially 6am-4pm, then 6am-2:30pm after a few weeks

Our client, a leading organisation in Sandwich, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Production Operatives. If you enjoy working in a hands-on role and have excellent attention to detail, then this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Building timber frame sides in a fast-paced, manual intensive environment
• Utilising handheld tools like nail guns and riveters to assemble timber frames accurately
• Following instruction manuals to ensure the correct assembly
• Engaging in heavy lifting as part of the role

Requirements:

• Prioritising safety by adhering to relevant risk assessments and processes
• Possessing good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and flexible approach to meet deadlines
• Capable of following instructions accurately
