Company Overview - Production Operative
We are looking for Factory Operatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with an interest in working in a factory environment. While prior experience in a factory setting is beneficial, full training will be provided.
Production Operative Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery
- Prepare materials for production
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Assist in the production line and keep operations running smoothly
- Some heavy lifting may be required
Production Operative Skills and Experience Required:
- Ideally, experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (training will be provided)
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Own HI VIS & Safety boots required
