• Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (£27,600 per annum)
• Late Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (£28,300 per annum)

Job Summary:

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of high-quality roofing products. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Machinery: Efficiently use drills, nail guns, and other tools during the production process.
• Read Drawings: Accurately interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to maintain high roofing product standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets while maintaining a safe workplace.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest ideas to enhance processes and improve efficiency in roofing manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience using power tools such as drills and nail guns.
• Strong interest in building and roofing products.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on either early or late shifts as required.
