North of Norwich

£28,000 per year

4 days a week

Monday to Thursday only

1 week of days and 1 week of nights

ID Recruitment are working with a first class manufacturing company with an enviable reputation in its field.

We are recruiting experienced Production Operatives at this busy and thriving site. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

As a Level 3 Production Operative you will be responsible for supporting production activity, maximising line performance and creating and monitoring operating procedures. You will also ensure 100% compliance and "right first time", promoting best operational practice and validate the processes and equipment.

The successful Production Operative must:

  • Be expert in the machinery and production line operation.
  • Validate the equipment & process, taking required action to close any performance gaps.
  • Document and monitor line performance carrying out any equipment or product tests required to validate the process and equipment.
  • Work in all areas of the production facility, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure teams skills are up to date, train individuals online as required and liaise with relevant department to organise offline training. Coaching in the moment.
  • Holiday/absence cover for Team Leader where appropriate.
  • Undertake qualification to be able to perform and validate tasks to support equipment performance and reliability.

Candidates must have the following:

· Experience of Food FMCG

· Excellent Machine Operative skills

· Machine start up experience
