Production Operators, Coatbridge, £15.12 per hour inclusive of Shift Allowance
We're looking for motivated individuals from all backgrounds to join our Production Team in Coatbridge. If you're looking for a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and develop, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What you'll be doing:
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:
- Assembling parts and components in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Carrying out quality checks at various stages of process to ensure high standards maintained
- Logging production data to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
- Use of measuring equipment to weigh, measure and examine all parts and products
- Ensuring a safe, tidy and clean working environment maintained
- Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
- Working to operational procedures and within production timelines
- Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement across production processes
- General manufacturing tasks as directed
What you can expect:
- Full time hours with a competitive pay rate of £15.12 per hour
- Opportunity to work regular overtime at great rates
- A rotational shift pattern working Early Shift & Back Shift
- An early finish / shorter shift on a Friday
