Our client is seeking talented Production Operators to join their dynamic team.

This is a temporary to permanent position, giving you the chance to demonstrate your skills and potentially secure a long-term career.

What our client offers:

- Competitive salary:

• £26,507.17 per annum inclusive of shift premium (equates to £11.77 per hour basic + £1.26 per hour shift premium - shift premium is payable on basic hours only)

• Salary once multi-skilled is £28,196.24 per annum inclusive of shift premium (equates to £12.52 per hour basic + £1.34 per hour shift premium)
• Bonus: Productivity bonus following completion of training, which is currently not less than 15p/hour;
• Attendance Bonus of up to £350 per year
• Overtime: Mon-Sat £17.66, Sun: £23.54

The Role:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for working on production machinery and handling steel rebar. In addition, your tasks will include reading drawings and operating grinders, saws, and overhead cranes. Don't worry if you don't have experience with all these tasks - training will be provided!

What we're looking for:

• Experience with hands-on machinery, ideally from the automotive or plastics industry
• Forklift experience (counterbalance) - Desirable
• Familiarity with CNC machines or construction site labouring
• A passion for learning and a willingness to gain new skills

Working Hours:

You will work a 3-shift rotation of mornings, afternoons, and nights, totalling 39 hours per week. The exact shift times are as follows:

- Mornings: 6am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday; 6am to 1pm on Fridays

- Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Thursday; 1pm to 8pm on Fridays

- Nights: 10pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday; 8pm to 3am on Fridays
