Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Shift Team Leader for our client based in Cannock, Staffordshire.

This is a permanent role.

Duties will include:-

  • Managing a small team of operatives
  • Supervise the operation of all machinery, tools and equipment to ensure production tasks are performed safely.
  • Ensure production targets are met
  • Train, mentor and develop new staff
  • Machine Operating
  • Quality Inspection

Skills required:-

  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing background
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • Manual Handling experience
  • First Aid qualification

A FLT Counterbalance license would be an advantage although not essential.

Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am plus overtime. You will be required to work weekends when needed.

Due to the location of the client and shift patterns, the successful candidate will require their own transport.

£1092.00 to £1160.00 per week includes overtime and shift allowance. Overtime available on the weekend.
