Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor
Wincanton
AM/PM rotating shifts. 6-2/2-10 with an early finish on a Friday
£29406 rising to 33441 once fully trained.
 
We are currently seeking a Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturing company based in Wincanton.  The role reports into the Production Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of c20 operatives within the production team.  The ideal candidate will have a background in Food / Drink Manufacturing or a similar FMCG environment
 
Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor Skills and qualifications:
·Experience working within a Food/Drink /FMCG Manufacturing environment.
·Must be organised and happy to work under pressure.
··Must enjoy being hands on and enjoy training and developing people.
·Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Techniques
 
Production Team Leader Salary and Benefits
·Salary - Starting at £29,406.00 during training, progressing to £31,028.40 after 6 months' probation. Finally earning £33,441.72 at the top end once fully trained
·Shifts - 39 hours per week, AM/PM rotating. 6-2/2-10 with an early finish on a Friday

The role is commutable FROM Yeovil, Wincanton, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Shepton Mallet, Sherborne and surrounding areas.
