Reed Food & FMCG are hiring for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of Operatives.

Job Title: Production Supervisor / Line Leader

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience

Start: ASAP

Location: Tonbridge

Hours: 7am to 7pm - 12 hour shifts - 4 days a week - must include one weekend day.

Skills required: Previous experience+ Good English

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing Production lines. 

- Supervising staff and monitoring Production / QC standards.

- Reduce food waste, report faults and guide your team on best practice.
