- Annual Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 plus 10% night shift allowance

As a Production Technician, you’ll be part of a team pursuing the next generation of connectivity solutions. This role offers a chance to excel and collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contributing to a journey of innovation and the creation of a connected world.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Participate in a rotating three-shift pattern, working 8 paid hours per day over 5 days a week (Two week shift rotation, 1400 – 2230, 2200 – 0630, 0600 – 1430)
- Engage in production set-up activities and run cable extrusion lines.
- Monitor the lines continuously and maintain as well as clean tooling.
- Inspect finished products to ensure good quality.
- Receive on-the-job training to become a skilled technician capable of managing cable extrusion processes from start to finish.
- Work overtime during busy periods as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing processes and understanding of health and safety best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical ability and knowledge of machine operations.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
