Professional Indemnity Paralegal

Firm:

Top 40 and Legal 500 Defendant Insurance firm based in Manchester. It is a market leading outfit and is ranked Tier 1 for its work. Its team handles a wide range of Professional Indemnity Claims with some Product and Property Liability work, as well as Insurance Policy coverage advice.

Role Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a caseload of your own Claims with minimal supervision, they will cover a wide breadth of Indemnity Claims
• Be an important member of a fast paced and dynamic team, assisting juniors where possible, liaising with insurers where necessary

Ideal Candidate:

• Paralegals with 1 year worth of experience in Defending Claims brought against a wide range of Professionals or working within Litigation or Commercial Insurance
• Preferably working in a Defendant Insurance environment but this is not essential, candidates with strong experience in Litigation will be considered
