Job Purpose:
My client's Professional Indemnity team in Liverpool, led by "leading individuals" recognized by 'Legal500,' is actively seeking a Lawyer. The team adeptly manages claims against various professionals, including engineers, architects, solicitors, accountants, and more, offering a diverse and challenging workload.

Key Accountabilities:
The Lawyer hired for this position will be responsible for independently managing a caseload with cases valued up to half a million. This includes handling Professional Indemnity claims across various professions, with potential specialization in construction or solicitors. Additionally, there is an opportunity to collaborate closely with my client's partners on high-value and multi-party claims.

The role entails regular client interaction with both professional insureds and their insurers, covering claims through the pre-action protocol, ADR, and litigation.
