PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY SOLICITOR, NQ-5 YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, UP TO C£65,000 DOE – Market leading law firm offering flexible working options and work/life balance policies. JOB REF:6230

• Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters you will join a team that defends claims against a wide variety of professionals, insurance policy coverage, insurance disputes and claims relating to construction and property damage.
• Specifically, you will focus on claims relating to the construction sector, assisting on complex cases as well as running your own caseload of files.
• The successful candidate will have up to 5 years’ PQE in insurance litigation, policy coverage and professional risk claims.
• Newly qualified Solicitors that have trained within another national law firm and gained experience in the required areas of law are encouraged to apply.
• An understanding of commercial insurance policies and the insurance market is essential.
• You will be a proactive team player, offering lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
• Confident in your ability to provide outstanding client care, you will show evidence of leadership skills and be an effective team player.
