Salary: £24k + Bonus

Job Type: Full – Time, Permanent Working 37.5 Hours PW, Monday – Friday

Professional Services System Administrator – The Role:

The Professional Services System Admin is responsible for undertaking specific activities to maintain manage and update client Agility Software solution and associated products and services to our clients throughout the UK and overseas. They will assist the client in day-to-day activities to manage, maintain and administer their system this will be completed within the agreed timescales and to budget ensuring that all documentation/templates are completed aligned to our business ISO 9001 standards.

Professional Services System Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage Software installations and upgrades

- Data analysis conversion services

- Report generation, formatting, and delivery

- Providing recommendations on system configuration

- Gathering & documenting detailed requirements to enable request to be successfully completed

- Documenting a tailored solution in relation to system configuration and set up

- Configuring, testing, and delivering the agreed solution

- Working with internal and external technical teams to ensure required development work is delivered on time

- Ensuring all system configurations and updates are delivered successfully and on time

- Developing and maintaining long term relationships with accounts – constantly seeking to identify new opportunities and business outcomes across each account

- Managing & delivering system admin requests through the managed Service

- Providing 1st line support to new and existing customers

- Working across the teams to ensure success in line with pre-agreed metrics

- Communicating effectively with stakeholders using ISO standard documentation, including meeting plans, site visit reports and account growth plans

Professional Services System Administrator – You:

- Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, and presentation skills

- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

- Good technical knowledge with web applications and mobile apps

- Data manipulation skills

- SQL knowledge (desirable)

- Demonstrates the ability to understand problems and find solutions

- Previous experience Administering and setting up business system would be beneficial
