Programmatic Manager - Independent Media Agency

The Role In this position, you'll spearhead programmatic strategy, overseeing campaign execution and optimisation to drive outstanding results. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure programmatic activity aligns with broader media objectives while continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement programmatic media strategies across various platforms

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting

• Work closely with planning, data, and creative teams to enhance campaign outcomes

• Foster strong relationships with DSPs, publishers, and technology partners

• Keep up with industry developments and emerging tech to maintain a competitive edge

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management

• Strong working knowledge of DSPs and programmatic ecosystems

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• A proactive problem solver with a keen interest in digital media

• Previous agency experience is an advantage
