Programmatic Sales Manager

Role Overview:

Drive revenue growth through a leading motoring media network with innovative data-driven solutions. Expand programmatic advertising across independent and boutique digital buying agencies. Report to the Head of Programmatic, with autonomy to develop and execute sales strategy for programmatic OOH and mobile in-app solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential digital media agencies.
  • Develop targeted sales strategy to grow agency and brand portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with digital agency partners for programmatic OOH and mobile in-app advertising.
  • Create compelling presentations showcasing our solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Manage and expand portfolio, identifying upsell opportunities across DOOH and mobile in-app solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Mentor Sales Executive, supporting their growth in programmatic advertising.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in programmatic or digital advertising sales.
  • Strong network within media agencies.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
