Programmatic Trader - Manchester (hybrid) - £30k - £34k + Bonus + Commission - Agency

We’re on the lookout for a candidate who comes from a numerical and analytical background to join our clients advertising agency as their newest Programmatic Trader!

We are partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking programmatic agency located in the heart of Manchester. The agency specialises in leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to excel in the advertising world on behalf out clients.

A Programmatic Trader works BTS of ad campaigns across TV, Radio, Billboards etc! We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Programmatic Trader to join our clients growing team.

Your job will be to connect everyday internet users with the brands and content they care about by using data to show the right adverts to the right people by supporting the trading team in executing and optimising programmatic trading strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some experience in the field looking to further develop their skills and grow within the industry.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will come from a numerical and analytical background
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passion for the advertising industry
• Have hands-on experience in a data-driven role - (this could also include - internship, work placement, year in industry.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of programmatic trading campaigns.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends & opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with senior traders to develop & implement trading strategies.
• Maintain & enhance trading tools & models.
• Produce detailed reports on trading activity & performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends & developments to inform trading strategies.
