A rapidly expanding organization in the travel industry seeks to hire a Program Director who will play a crucial role in establishing and leading a PMO, while managing multiple stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced leader who has operated at a senior level and been involved in strategy execution, particularly in technology change programs. You will act as a trusted business partner to portfolio leadership teams, offering valuable technology advice to C-suite executives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as PMO Director with strong technology leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in setting up portfolio strategies and operating at a senior level within an organization.
  • Experienced in client-facing interactions and boardroom engagements
  • Deep knowledge of resource planning, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Experience in delivering changes to processes, systems, and ways of working, with the ability to execute these changes in growing organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring innovative ideas to the organization.
  • A keen interest in technology trends.
