We are currently representing a well-established Further Education College based in North Hampshire. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a Programme Manager Engineering (Further Education)

Main Function:

· To lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of FE engineering programmes within the FE sector.

· To teach and manage learning groups in the programme area

· Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment

· Embed skills responsiveness and industry-sequenced delivery through bi-annual meetings with employers and LMI curriculum to enhance student employability

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: (Up to £45,000)
