We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Programme Manager.

ROLE CONTEXT

Operational Resilience programme is a bank wide regulatory programme that aims to establish in material and regulatory countries, the most important processes of the firm, map them, understand critical assets, define maximum recovery timeframes and test against these. The idea is to ensure resilience of these key processes is maintained and monitored by the business

• We have already rolled the program out in UK, HK, Singapore, Australia, and are in the process of rolling out further with US and 9 other markets/entities in scope for this year – further countries will continue to be rolled out to in the coming years.
• There is still a lot of ongoing design work being done across LoBs with changes and pilots needing to be rolled out in various countries /markets.
• Countries/markets where rollout completed will transition to BAU governance including annual refresh.

ROLE INFORMATION

• Tracking activities for rollout and annual refresh across the various countries being performed
• Ensure we are on track to achieve milestones
• Highlight and escalate issues being tracked in relevant countries to our governance forums/x-LoB tracking forums
• Governance activities (write status updates reports for various governance forums on a monthly basis including but not limited to GCMB RMM, NFRMB, Operational Resilience global rollout working group, Wholesale Change Board)
• Manage our Global Wholesale Operational resilience forum (organise the meeting, prepare meeting materials, chasing for inputs, monitoring actions to completion etc)
• Coordinate global programs/pilots (coordinate working groups for specific activities being driven by group (e.g setting up a pilot working group to ensure drive to completion)
• Completion/analysis of some of our operational resilience initiatives: E.g. Read across activity across different regions/functions, Guidance documentation (working with multiple stakeholders across the firm) and delivery of training around what is required etc).
• Coordinate and track the UK Acceleration activities.
• Manage annual refresh activities for Important Group Business Services

REQUIREMENTS

• An experienced Programme Manager
• Strong project management skills
• Clarity experience
• Global Business / Global functions experience
• Experience at in recent years
• Great communication skills
• Strong Senior Stakeholder management skills
• Someone who can pick up quickly and drive work and conversations
• Proactive, detail oriented, can deliver at pace in a fast changing environment
• Operational Resilience knowledge is a bonus
• Risk experience is beneficial
