Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced programme manager to join them on an interim basis to lead change management across their HR and technology functions. Expect to work with stakeholders at all levels and drive implementation of a new solution.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of delivering change across organisations and implementing systems to improve business processes. Specifically, looking for individuals who have delivered HR programs and systems knowledge of systems like SAP and Oracle fusion would be advantageous. Managing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of business is essential.
What you'll get in return
6 month initial engagement with scope to extend beyond and a day rate of between £700 and £850 per day Inside IR35
