We are seeking a dedicated Programme Manager for an exciting role, joining a manufacturing organisation with exciting growth plans. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.

The manufacturer are part of a global group and have just received significant investment to fund their exciting growth plans.

Description

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and company goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project portfolio.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Profile

A successful Programme Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in Programme/Project management within the automotive/mechanical sector
  • Experience working with automotive, mechanical or engineering clients
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Job Offer

  • A competitive daily rate of between £450-£600 per day, inside IR35
  • 6 month contract, with high probability of further extension
  • The chance to lead strategic projects and initiatives
