My client are a global firm with an excellent reputation in their field who are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team in a newly created position. The ideal candidate will need previous Administration or Coordination experience, experience dealing with key stakeholders and strong communication skills.

As a Project Administrator your duties will include:

  • Dealing with end-to-end corporate travel queries
  • Manage and resolve all travel related issues
  • Coordinate and deliver reports for the wider business
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are updated
  • Provide reports on travel expenses

As a Project Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience dealing with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of corporate travel would be ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
