Project Administrator – Full time, temporary with a view to going permanent.

Mon – Fri 08.30-17.30 (37.5 hours a week)

£12.00 P/H with increased earnings for successful temp to perm placement.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their established team. The role will predominantly be office based, with the opportunity for flexible working.

You will be supporting the Project Manager in delivering a high-quality service through accurate and timely administrative activities.

You will need to have an advanced working knowledgeof Excel, including experience using V Look Ups. You will need to demonstrate your abilities to liaise with salesandcustomer servicepeople confidently.

Duties include:                                                                                                         

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining and organising company records
  • Extensive daily use of Excel to record and analyse data using formulas and functions
  • Database management
  • General data entry
  • Managing all communications and correspondence related to projects
  • Any other duties as required

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Experience working in a heavily administrative role, ideally project based.
  • Intermediate – advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas and functions e.g. V-LOOKUP.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise own workload.
  • Happy to work on a temporary basis at £12.00 an hour initially

To be a stand-out candidate for this role, in addition to the above you will have:

  • The ability to speak German and / or French
