Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Belfast

Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £27k per annum

Hours of work: Hours of work: Mon - Thurs 9am - 5pm Fri 9am - 2pm (can be flexible)

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful business in Belfast. Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Project Administrator to join the team.

The Right role:

  • Assist Project Managers with administrative duties and processes related to multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule project meetings and take minutes.
  • Act as point of contact for the project teams and facilitate communications.
  • Creating and updating project documentation & records.
  • Liaise with IT and Digital team to understand and undertake required training in our Core Dynamics Central IT system.
  • Within Evision you may be required to undertake specific roles within your job including purchase ordering/receipting.
  • Where applicable, you are required to manage and understand the administration on Client systems, liaise closely with your branch team, admin manager and centralized departments to ensure effective management and communication of information.
  • Resource scheduling
  • Open projects
  • Payroll preparation
  • Administration of branch Opportunities recording.

The Right Fit:

It is essential you have 1-2 years’ experience in a busy Project Admin role ideally in Construction or Manufacturing.

Highly Proficient in MS Packages.
