Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project delivery process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget plans.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and policies, including those related to environmental health and safety, quality management, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and construction teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered without delays or cost overruns.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Conduct lessons learned reviews at the completion of projects to identify areas for improvement.
