Are you an experinced Project Architect who is looking to join a close-knit and sociable practice who are committed to creating sustainable architecture?

Our client is an award-winning practice that is passionate about the environment which is reflected in the variety of projects they carry out. As a practice, they have formed a supportive and sociable environment that values its employees. 

They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as a Project Architect with the ability to work a project through all RIBA Stages, in addition to someone who has previous experience working on existing building projects. 

Working hours: 

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Some overtime may be required as and when a project demands
  • This position is office based - Norwich

Project Architect requirements: 

  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Must have at least 3 years working for a UK-based practice
  • Experience in working on projects for existing buildings
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and NBS. 
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD would be ideal but not essential as training can be given 
  • Exceptional design and communication skills
  • Ability to manage all RIBA Stages of work
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements 
  • Knowledge of the UK planning process and building regulations.
