Project Co-Ordinator - Social Housing Planned Maintenance
Based in Tottenham
Full-Time - Permanent
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are working with a leading social housing contractor to find a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team based in Tottenham, working on planned maintenance projects within the social housing sector.
The role will involve working closely with the operational and commercial teams to assist in the smooth running of day to day operations, ensuring projects are performing well, working to timescale and within budget.
Duties will include:
- Handling project documentation - creating and maintaining plans and reports
- Updating Project Management systems, files and forms
- Coordinate project activities, equipment and resources
- Liaising with subcontractors and clients to define requirements and manage delivery
- Assist with schedule management
- Assign tasks to internal teams
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Handle any issues that may arise
- Act as the point of communication regarding project status
- Any adhoc admin duties that may arise
We are looking for:
- Candidates with previous experience working within a similar role
- Experience working within the Social Housing sector; either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord)
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step by step action plans
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power Bi, Project etc)
