Pyramid8 are recruiting for an administrator to join an excellent organisation who work in the retail design industry. They are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills. You will be responsible to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for one of their key clients

Due to location of this business a driving licence and vehicle is required.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to support a small busy team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. It is a brand-new opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can hit the ground running and mould the role around the existing Project Managers within the team. This role has a development opportunity to progress to a Project Manager

The role will include,

  • Assisting PM throughout life cycle of a job, in particular:
  • Research & costing
  • Material orders & managing external suppliers
  • Dispatch admin (load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)
  • Liaising with factory, quality checking and keeping key stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed
  • Installation support (store surveys, fitters packs, RAMS documents, Whatsapp reporting, wrap up decks)
  • Accounts admin (raising POs, invoicing)
  • Managing small projects alone with support from managing PM

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in a similar, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately
  • Experience of being pro-active, to work independently and able to use their own initiative.
  • Have the confidence to suggest better ways of working and process improvement.
  • Successful and building professional relationships
