Project Control Lead - Construction

Your new company
A large multinational company looking for project control lead to manage the construction programmes. Make sure they are delivered on time, to the correct standard and within budget. Your new role
You will be the go-to person for the planners & schedulers, the quantity surveyors and cost engineers to control projects from start to finish and make sure they will be delivered to the right standard and on time. As the project control lead you will influence the direction of the projects and understand the risks and issues that may arise and deal with those accordingly.
The construction programmes are a mix of refurbishments, FM and new build. Currently, the portfolio has up to 70 projects which are across, production, packing, warehouses,
research and development facilities, labs and offices.
Projects range from £100k - £12.5 million, with the average projects being £500k - £1.5 million.

What you'll need to succeed
A degree qualified in quantity surveying or project control with a background working as either QS or planner. Hands-on experience with cost and schedule risk analysis. You will have knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost management so that you can successfully lead the project control team.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience in various software systems including SAP, Contract Management (CEMAR preferred or similar), purchasing software (Coupa preferred or similar), Portfolio management systems and Microsoft Office.
