Base Location: Perth
Salary: £29,200 - £43,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

SSEN Transmission has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Controls Coordinator to join our Transmission Project Services Team. This role will support in the Management and Control of the change process between Gates 0-5 across the Transmission portfolio ensuring programme adherence and governance. Acting as a point of contact for all Project Controls related issues and guidance, this is a great chance to play a key part in our journey to NetZero.
The key duties & responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring there is consistency across all projects and adherence to the Transmission Change request procedure, including maintenance of all change registers.
- Supporting the Capex Process by tracking and expediting all Capex forms to be approved, recorded and stored correctly.
- Chairing monthly Opportunity reviews across all disciplines, mapping the values to financial models; with clear actions, dates and cost benefits detailed.
- Produce and maintain monthly reporting packs for Director Performance reviews including development of key KPIs across the Programme portfolio.
- Act as the point of contact within Project Services for feedback to the Project Teams – ensuring that engagement and support from Project Services is maintained through regular site visits.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Strong project governance experience, ideally on complex large infrastructure programmes in a regulatory environment.
- Demonstrable experience in cost savings/innovation and delivering value add across B.A.U processes.
- An understanding of consultancy engagement, inclusive of managing and reviewing project requirements in line with financial budgets.
- Knowledge of KPI Audits, procurement governance and Performance Management.
- Ability to engage and develop relationships across multi-discipline teams and internal/external stakeholders with clear communication and SME guidance in process and procedure.
