Project Coordinator - Contract - £300 per day

Our client are a London based leading luxury retailer, looking for a Project Manager to join their marketing and creative teams. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of social projects across planning, strategy, delivery and execution!

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with stakeholders in the department and the wider PM team to drive projects
  • Ensuring constant, clear communication with other teams
  • Providing leadership, planning and communication on projects while seeking the best possible creative outcomes
  • Managing risks and issues, escalating as required and at times providing appropriate solutions
  • Taking ownership of social processes, ensuring smooth operations
  • Planning and organising internal review sessions
  • Status tracking projects to keep on brief, on time and in budget
  • Partnering with creative resource to manage the creative teams in terms of project allocation and prioritisation

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially within meeting management, facilitation, presentation and written communications
  • Experience in formal project management roles, ideally within the retail, ecommerce industries
  • An understanding of global social platforms
  • An ability to form relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • An agile approach

The Contract:

  • ASAP start, until August
  • £300 per day via umbrella (inside IR35)
  • Hybrid working - London
