Remuneration: £30,000 - £32,000 + £3,000 bonus

The role of the Project Coordinator - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

• Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems
• Acting as the central point of contact internally and externally with clients and suppliers
• Agreeing commercial terms on all orders and ensure order paperwork has necessary information
• Scheduling deliveries of orders and liaising with clients to ensure dates are appropriate
• Uploading new orders onto internal systems
• Raising invoices as and when required

The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

• Must have project coordination / management or associated experience
• Experience in the construction industry ideal, any roofing experience highly beneficial
• Other job roles considered: Service Coordinator, Hire Desk Controller, Office Administrator, Commercial Coordinator
• High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• ITliterate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAGE, CRM)
• Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
• Ability to work autonomously
