Our client a global leading award winning software solutions provider is currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator tosupport the Program Manager with the operational and logistical management of the Product Management and Development teams, to ensure that software products are released on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate administrative services for both the Product Management and Development teams to ensure alignment as a department, and timely execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate feedback from multiple sources across the business (Sales, Ops, clients etc) in a clear, concise manner that is transparent and scalable, on a regular basis in line with business cycles
  • Develop and coordinate detailed project plans for the above, including documenting processes and systems, and lead on upskilling the wider business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Ops), and facilitate regular touch-points to ensure transparency and address any concerns.
  • Clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and keep them informed.
  • Previous experience working as a project coordinator, project manager, or in a similar role highly desired (ideally within software development, or an understanding of software development life cycles including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies)
