Project Coordinator required for a new, permanent role in Durham. This is within a busy commercial team and has both admin and finance duties.

The Role

Working for a construction company, you will be required to undertake both admin and finance related duties as follows:

Carry out general admin duties, typing, report creation etc.;

Collate hours worked/timesheets from site based staff and report to the payroll team;

Manage the accurate logging and storage of various site related certificates;

Monitor incoming data and maintain accurate registers;

Support the finance team in maintaining a log of goods received but not yet invoiced and manage the cost transfer process.

The Person

Applicants will ideally have construction sector experience but this isn’t essential. What is essential is a strong admin and accounts skill set, a working knowledge of Word, Excel etc and confident communications skills.

Remuneration

The salary range is £25,000 to £29,000 depending upon the level of experience of the successful candidate.
