Our client, a leading furniture company, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating tasks for fitters on site, ensuring they have all necessary information for your designated area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Clients and Site Managers.
  • Book jobs for installations 
  • Schedule tasks for fitters
  • Ensure prompt action on all warranty work.
  • Administer after-sales services such as furniture orders, returns/replacements, and updating wardrobe make-up forms.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Proactive and organised
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
