Are you a dynamic event production expert with a passion for excellence? Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Director to lead high-profile events and manage key accounts from their West Midlands office.

What You'll Do:

Lead Projects:

  • Manage large-scale, high-budget events from start to finish.
  • Oversee client communication, production elements, and budget management.

Inspire and Innovate:

  • Drive creative content development and inspire emotional engagement.
  • Organize and lead creative meetings.

Ensure Excellence:

  • Maintain operational excellence and exceed client expectations.
  • Handle full event logistics, including global delegate management.

Drive Financial Success:

  • Control project budgets, ensure timely reporting, and keep projects cash positive.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and GDPR standards.

Build Relationships:

  • Manage supplier relationships for top service and pricing.
  • Lead and develop your project team to perform at their best.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in event production, preferably in an agency.
  • Global Perspective: Experience with large budget international events.
  • Creative Leadership: Strong content development skills.
  • Logistics Expertise: Proven ability to manage global delegate logistics.
  • Flexibility: Based in the Midlands office 2-3 days a week, with some international travel.
  • Drive: Must be a car driver.
