Henderson Brown is delighted to be partnering with a Global business in the FMCG sector, who are currently seeking a Project Engineer.

The purpose of this role is to provide support and management to third parties carrying out installations or building project works, ensuring that H&S and food safety are maintained throughout.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee equipment installation and commissioning, either directly or through third-party management, with a focus on minimising production disruption.
* Create User Requirement Specifications (URS) to establish clear project objectives and standards for successful project outcomes.
* Ensure that H&S and food safety is maintained throughout.
* Collaborate with site leadership to follow project design and cost directives.
* Ensure transfer of new equipment drawings and preventive maintenance recommendations to the maintenance team and engineering stores for necessary spare parts availability.
* Develop designs and generate AutoCAD drawings to illustrate potential factory layouts.
* Collaborate with site maintenance teams and offer support when needed.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Effective time management and coordination skills.
* Be able to resolve problems in all working areas.
* Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical drawings.
* AutoCAD or similar experience.
