Project Engineer
Our client, a leading entity in the marine sector, is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in cutting-edge marine engineering projects with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Evaluate incoming warranty requests from customers
- Provide proactive solutions and proposals to clients
- Coordinate, monitor, and supervise service activities, occasionally on location
- Ensure proper technical preparation of assignments
- Attend various client projects such as warranty support and client visits
- Provide customers with advice, both verbal and written
- Ensure proper planning in time, personnel, and budget
- Engineering qualification at bachelor's level or equivalent working level
- Proven experience in a service organisation related to maritime, mechanical, or electrical engineering
- Solid project management and service skills
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Effective communication and advisory skills with both team members and external stakeholders
- Initiative and project management skills
- Hands-on experience in the maritime sector, including operations, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
- Flexible and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to influence and manage expectations
