Project Executive - German speaking

Salary: circa £26/32k depending on experience plus benefits and career opportunities

Location: South London/Purley

Hybrid role: home based 2 days a week office based 3 days a week.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Project Executive - German speaking with a minimum of 1 years administration experience to join a dynamic, multi-cultural creative agency based in South London. The role involves managing and administering your own accounts and projects under the guidance of an Account Director.

The ideal candidate will have the chance to work in a vibrant international agency, utilising strong analytical and administrative skills. This is an ideal opportunity for a German-speaking graduate looking to kickstart their career in the creative sector with a focus on project management, working for a supportive and innovative agency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer accounts and project processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Perform analytical tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Account Director.
• Ensure effective communication in both German and English.

Minimum Requirements:

• A German-speaking graduate with a minimum of 6 months administration experience looking to develop a career in Project/Account Management.
• Eagerness to join a dynamic team and grow within a creative setting.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Experience in managing administrative processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
