We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Team as an IT Shared & Corporate Project Lead on a permanent basis!
The Role
As an IT Shared & Corporate Lead you will be responsible for Technology change projects across the corporate and shared services space. This role involves planning, initiating, and documenting projects, creating and maintaining project plans, and executing test and deployment plans.
This is a senior role with a strategic outlook but involved hands-on delivery. It involves shaping the technology road-map ensuring alignment with architectural and cyber standards, including collaboration with leads from the Infrastructure and Workplace towers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead technology change across corporate domains such as Finance, HR, Risk, Legal and Client Operations, working to modernise legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Providing end to end project management, from business case development and detailed project planning, through to the implementation of a new products, initiatives and services.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels to ensure delivery supports wider organisational strategy.
- Monitoring and managing project risks and issues, alongside effective documentation.
- Reporting project progress in line with agreed project governance and escalating issues as necessary.
- Facilitating project meetings. Ensuring that attendees are fully aware of their ongoing responsibilities including obtaining approval from senior stakeholders to support their decisions and recommendations.
- Managing and monitoring the budget to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed costings.
- Undertaking benefits reviews for completed projects to assess if the planned outcomes have been achieved.
Requirements: - Significant commercial experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Extensive experience managing complex Shared and Corporate change including large scale migration projects.
- Project Management Qualification - e.g. PRINCE 2. Agile, Lean Six and PMP qualifications are also desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to interact effectively with technical personnel and key business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
