Are you a good communicator who can work across teams to analyze information and develop a new cost benefit approach? You will work with technical specialists, project managers, and contract managers to review data, and further develop the client’s cost benefit approach to the project.

About the role:
  • To carry out a high-level cost benefit review of projects in the current programme, including preventative, remedial and refurbishment of existing schemes.
  • To develop a high-level benefits process for use by the programme team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Further develop the existing high level cost benefit analysis toolkit to support effective benefits enablement.
  • To develop a scoping document for detailed TEV cost benefit analysis for future projects.
  • To procure detailed TEV cost benefit reports through consultants where appropriate.

Essential experience:
  • Professional and/or academic level qualification in benefits realization management or equivalent or substantial experience in a relevant technical, scientific, specialized or operational field.
  • Demonstrable record of benefits identification, management and realization across a portfolio of workstreams.
  • Demonstrable and extensive experience of identifying and delivering benefits for large-scale, organizational-wide programmes.
  • Experience of the development and implementation of management information processes and product related to benefits realization.
  • Ability to envisage, design and embed change and improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change methodologies and approaches.
